I guess I never realized that I wasn’t an organizer. It wasn’t until I was cleaning out my purse one day at home and saw all the post it notes, scrap pieces of paper and even a gum wrapper that had notes jotted down on them. This is not organized; this is a mess. I needed to be a better organizer. I don’t know about you but I have a million different things going on, some at the same time, and I needed a way to not only organize information but to organize my time and my life.
There are some many ways to help you be a better organizer. There are list organizers for just about everything from grocery organizer to personal organizer to photo organizer. There are so many different products. You just need to search for the right one. A grocery organizer could be a page that you could print off the computer for free with the aisles listed according to your grocery store. For example the first thing on my grocery list would be produce. You could list all the produce you usually buy each week and leave a space for that unexpected item that you need for a specific recipe. And go from there. Each week before you go to the grocery store pull up your organizer on the computer and check off the things you need.
Don’t forget the weekly feature. Then just print it out and your ready to go. A photo organizer is a great way to share pictures on line or the old fashioned way with a photo album or photo box. With the organizer on the computer you download pictures label, date and even give a group of pictures a title, i.e.: Katie’s First Birthday or Cole’s first steps. You can email family and friends your photos from your organizer so they can share these special moments with you.
The same applies to the box or photo album organizer. These pictures can also be labeled by the box or by using inserts to divide each event. A personal organizer is something that you can keep track of your daily life. If you have children this organizer is a must especially if they are involved in sports of other activities. You can keep track of your doctor appointment and dentist appointments so you know when not to schedule any thing else. This will also help the non organizer plan well for herself and not over book herself. Which I tend to do a lot.
I find it hard to say no to people and end up with five things to do for someone on the same day and time. So if you are ready to become an organizer , throw away all those scrap pieces of paper and get an organizer to help you make it through the day. .
