Red meat in very limited quantities! Lots of vegetables are a must, and things like broccoli are good in fiber and are very filling! You have to just leave the butter off! There are good imitation butter products that fool the taste buds into thinking that it’s butter! Make sure you are getting enough milk for the calcium. The nutrients in milk are necessary to a healthy diet!
You must move to maintain a healthy diet. Exercise in some form is key. Whether you spend money at a gym (if you like to work out with others), or getting a video and doing that at home, you must exercise three times a week. Walking for a healthy diet is probably the best, free workout there is! Get a headset, take a friend or your pet and get going. Walk yourself into a healthy diet!
