Star Craft - Another world of computer game fun
The Blizzard Software Company’s game Star Craft, is a game of strategy that can be played on your personal computer. Star Craft has a rating of PC-13. In Star Craft, you can choose from three different species: the Terran humans, Alien Protoss, or the Voracious Zerg. When you purchase Star Craft, you will also get free access to the Blizzard’s Battle.net, which means you can play Star Craft with other players from around the globe. You can make your own Star Craft maps and scenarios which will give you unlimited possibilities for playing the game.
You can create unique types of Star Craft games to play on Battle.net, including the games listed below:
Paint Ball - Although there are several different types of paint ball games, the general concept is the same. You shoot once, resulting in one kill. Most paint ball games are teams, such as four on four, and the object is to get the other players’ flag and bring it back to your base without getting killed.
Bunker Wars – The object of bunker wars is to destroy the other players’ bunkers without having yours being destroyed. At the beginning of the game and each time a new bunker is created, you get one fire bat, ten marines, and one observer. For each five hundred points that you receive for killing another player’s base or men, you will receive more troops ranging from tanks to other species. To win the game, you must accumulate 30,000 in points.
Tank Wars – Tank wars is played with up to seven players with the eighth player being neutral. The object of this game is simply to destroy the other players’ tank. If a yellow tank is found and moved next to you, you will gain control of that tank over time, possibly having a small army of tanks. To win this game, you must have the most kills or highest score when the time runs out.
Brave Heart - The concept of this game is to bring your armies of different units into a main fortress and destroy it without allowing Brave Heart to die; while this is a good concept, unfortunately there are thousands of units so the game can run slowly.
Godzilla - The object of this game is to build a strong enough defense to kill Godzilla before you are killed. Unfortunately, Godzilla is usually the one who wins the game; therefore it’s only fun for the person who is Godzilla.
