Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
One (18.5-oz.) package yellow cake mix
One cup creamy style Skippy of Gif
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Two eggs
Two tablespoons water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the cake mix into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add Skippy or Gif, oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly using a fork dipped in water. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for two to three minutes then place peanut butter cookies on a wire rack to finish cooling.

Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
One egg
One cup sugar
One cup creamy style Skippy or Gif

Directions
Combine all ingredients until mixed. Roll mixture into one inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each ball with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for five to seven minutes then place on a wire rack to finish cooling.

Peanut Butter Cookies with Filling

Cookie Ingredients
One package (12 ounce) peanuty morsels
Two cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
One cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup granulated sugar
One egg, beaten
One teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling Ingredients
1/2 cup peanuts, finely chopped
3 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup peanuty morsels

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the morsels according to package directions; set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, combine margarine, sugars, egg and vanilla. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Blend in the melted morsels. Gradually add the flour mixture. Shape into one-inch balls and place two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Prepare filling by combining the chopped peanuts, honey, milk, and cinnamon in a small bowl, blending well. Stir in the 2/3 cup of morsels. Press the center of each cookie with your thumb, making an indentation, and fill with 1/4 teaspoon of the filling mixture. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and batter starts to set. Remove from oven; cool for about two minutes then remove to a wire rack to finish cooling.
