Oliver’s Martini
4 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
½ to 1 oz. of Oliver’s Twists Olive Juice
Shake with ice shavings and 2 olives
Pour into chilled glass
Garnish with two olives
Chocolate Caramel Martini
4 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1 oz. pure vanilla
1.5 oz. Gran Gala Orange Liqueur
1 oz. Hershey’s chocolate syrup
4-5 oz. half and half cream
Large shaker ½ full of crushed ice
Sliced strawberries for garnish on the glass
Add all ingredients into the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into a clear martini glass that has been “drizzled” with chocolate syrup. Garnish the glass with the strawberries and drizzle again with chocolate syrup.
Apple Pie Martini
1 ½ oz. vodka
½ oz. Berenthen Apple Schnapps
½ oz. apple juice or cider
Add a tablespoon or brown sugar simple syrup which is equal parts of water and brown sugar (fully dissolved). Wet rim of the chilled glass and coat with cinnamon sugar. Garnish with a slice of apple.
Peach Martini
3 oz. Apeach Vodka
1 oz. peachtree Schnapps
2 oz. orange juice
½ grenadine
Shake the first three ingredients and strain into the chilled cocktail glass. Sink the grenadine and gently stir it up to give the drink a peach color, look and taste.
Chocolate Martini
Freeze the cocktail lass and drizzle chocolate syrup or liqueur around the inside of the glass. Mix 3 oz. vodka, ½ oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur (white or dark, whatever your preference), ice cubes. Combine the vodka and chocolate liqueur in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir. Strain into your previously prepared glass and garnish with a chocolate curl.
Raspberry Martini
1 oz. Absolute Raspberry Vodka
½ to 1 oz. Cointreau or Grand Mariner (for a stronger flavor)
Splash of lime juice
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Shake vigorously.
Put three or four fresh raspberries on a toothpick. Run under water and then roll in sugar and put in the freezer. Use as a garnish along with a thing twist of a lime hooked onto the glass.
Pomegranate Martini (serves 12 cocktails – great for a party at home!)
1 orange cut into wedges
Sugar
3 cups vodka or gin
¾ cup pomegranate syrup
1/3 cup dry vermouth
Ice cubes
Small pomegranates
Rub orange wedges around the end of the rims of 12 martini glasses. Invert glasses into a dish of sugar to coat rims, set glasses aside. In a small pitcher, combine the vodka, pomegranate syrup and vermouth. Place ice cubs into a shaker. For each drink, add 1/3 cup of the syrup mixture; shake. Strain into one of the prepared glasses. Garnish each drink with a small pomegranate.
