Teashades are yet another type of sunglasses. These were a wire-rim that were big in the 1960’s during the psychedelic era worn by men and women. In that time, uniquely colored lens were very popular and usually preferred.

There are many different brands, styles and uses for sunglasses. Not only do people wear them to protect them from bright light and UV rays, but also to disguise themselves or just simply hide their eyes. Celebrities are often seen wearing them to try and disguise themselves. People who have several visual impairments such as blindness also wear sunglasses for the simple reason that they don’t want to make others uncomfortable when they are speaking to them because they cannot make direct eye contact with them.
