These are definitely overnight stays, so if you have a young child, this might not be a good choice yet. Girl’s only outdoor summer camps offer everything from kayaking, to horseback riding. Working with horses will teach them to ride properly, take care of and nurture an animal. These programs are designed to give girl’s adventure without the hassle of the opposite sex to interfere.

Kids also can experience outdoor summer camps in the extreme. There are adventures such as white water rafting, rock repelling, and climbing and team sports to be found at outdoor summer camps. There are also those programs that are Christian based for those that are very faith oriented. If your child has any kind of interest whatsoever, you will find a place to suit them!
