High School Musical - Another Disney Hit
Your search is over this is one of the top movies out there. This Disney Channel original movie, high school musical starts out with the two main characters on vacation. Gabriella, a whiz kid whose mother travels for her job. Troy a basketball captain and star of the team is on vacation with his family. His father is the coach of the basketball team. The two meet on New Years Eve at a party. They both show up to the party and are chosen to perform karaoke. Neither wants to participate but by the end of the song they have the whole party dancing along. They also discover their love for singing. Troy admits it is his policy to sing in the privacy of his shower. They are together when the New Year rings in and the only thing they do is take a picture with their cell phone.
After Troy gets back home to school he finds out that Gabriella is the new girl at school. They decide to try out for the high school musical together. This decision to try out fro the high school musical is discouraged by their friends because this would upset things. The basketball team is counting on Troy. With Sharpay and her brother Ryan trying everystep of the way to foil their plans of singing together. The two take the leading roles in the high school musical and turn the entire student body around. Proving that everyone should do what the enjoy.

Directed and Choreographed by Kenny Ortega.We all love the singing and dancing that this movie has. There aren’t a lot of choices out there for kids these days.
