Star Wars Characters - Who are your favorites?
Who are some of your favorite Star Wars Characters? This is a movie series that I grew up with and still love today, and like myself, there isn’t a fan I know who doesn’t have favorite Star Wars Characters from the movie. Some of my favorites are here on this page:
Luke Skywalker
Luke Skywalker is one of the popular Star Wars Characters and eventually becomes one of the greatest Jedi in the history of the galaxy. His home is the planet of Tatooine where he lived with his uncle and aunt. He was trained by Obi-Wan Kenobi and eventually Yoda, where he began his search for the truth and to learn about the Dark Side and its rights and wrongs.
Princess Leia
Princess Leia is also known as Leia Organa Solo. She is one of the very few female Star Wars Characters. Princess Leia is Luke Skywalker’s sister although this isn’t revealed until the later movies and eventually falls in love with Hans Solo in the end.
Han Solo
Han Solo is one of my very favorite Star Wars Characters. He is a Corellian and was a talented sweep and speeder pilot when he entered the Imperial Space Academy. He gained a reputation as one of the best smugglers and pilots in the galaxy. He teams up with the wookie, Chewbacca and together they are a great team. Han Solo spent some time with Jabba the Hut after being captured by him but was rescued by Princess Leia and Luke.
Chewbacca
Chewie is one of the furriest Star Wars Characters, indeed! Chewie is a Wookie from the back world Kashyyyk. He has a natural talent for mechanics and piloting. Han Solo rescued him and is bound to him because of that.
C-3PO and R2-D2
There are two of the best Star Wars Characters droids. C-3PO is a protocol droid who has many functions. He is fluent in six million galactic languages and experiences emotions and feelings much like humans do although some of his favorite things to do are worrying and complaining. R2-D2 is one of the pretty incredible Star Wars Characters. He is designed to operate in deep space and has a special talent to read computer systems and interface with them. These two have a very odd but special relationship.
Darth Vader
Darth Vader, also known as Annakin Skywalker before he went to the Dark Side seems to be one of the most favorite Star Wars Characters out of many fans that I know. Feared by many, he is very tall, very impressive and very imposing. He grew up on Tatooine and loved to do podraces while he was there. He was very well in tune with the force and became a Jedi Knight at a young age. He teams with the Emperor in hopes of taking over the galaxy and tries to get Luke Skywalker, his son to join him.
