Plasma televisions have a flat surface covered with tiny glass bubbles. Each of the bubbles are considered to be pixels. The best way to describe it is to think of each bubble has having three sub-pixels – one red, one blue and one green. Since their size takes up very little if any space (especially if you’ll mount it on a wall), you don’t need a whole lot of room for it. Also, keep in mind that this is a very valuable piece of equipment, so you don’t want to put it in a place where it may be disturbed by kids. Plasma televisions also perform better in well-lit rooms, but try not to place it so that it faces a large window or where the sun may shine directly onto it.
