Funny Song - A review on one of the best
Have you ever just felt like you want to hear a funny song? Well my favorite funny song is “What’s Your Age Again” by Blink 182. Every time I hear it, it makes me laugh. No matter where I am or how low I feel, it still makes me laugh. The lyrics in the song are so crazy. This funny song is great to just make you smile.
The song “What’s your age again” is about some guy that is going on a date, and he makes a total fool out of himself, and he askes himself at the end…whats my age again” because he feels, and her too, that he’s acting like a two year old. When in fact, he is really 23, and no one likes him anymore, because his attitude is getting old and they all think he should grow up.
After that, then he goes on to sing about that he called her mom from a payphone and played a joke on her saying that he was the cops and her mom’s husband is in jail. Again, he is not liked for doing this because he thinks that it is halarious to make prank calls, but when your 23 years old, its not, you should be taking life more seriously.
So basically the song is making fun of a guy that is 23 years old but acts like he’s still a freshman in high school. Which apparently to some people is not so funny. But to some people, who may be struggleing through the tough times of their own life, may think that it is a funny song and lighten up and laugh at it. Which is something Blink 182 wants their fans to feel.
Blink 182 is a band that has been known for their quirky remarks and funny personalities. If you check out the inside booklet of their cd, you will find halarious pictures and other things that will make you laugh. They even have excerps at the end of their cd, making jokes and just acting crazy. It’s fun to listen to, especially when you need a good laugh.
I guess first of all, you need to know the lyrics to the funny song, what’s my age again, to understand what I am talking about.
Doesn’t this funny song just make you laugh? I can almost see Blink 182 singing and dancing in their video, and acting all weird. This funny song is a good way to lift your bad mood and end it. This should definitely be on a top ten list of a great funny song.
This funny song is so crazy with the messed up lyrics. It just has that weird sense of humor about it, which is probably why it makes it so great. Who knows?
I seem to find my self singing to this funny song by Blink 182 now matter how blue I am.
There are so many great songs by Blink 182. You should do a search for songs by them and see at least one album of theirs. It will make you laugh and we know we can use some laughter at times.
