Download Songs - Watch when they say free!
For my Birthday I asked for an I-Pod. So I looked around for the best price on the one I wanted. I decided to get the I-Pod shuffle. You are able to download songs, 120 to be exact, and it plays them at random. I didn’t expect to have so much trouble when I had to download songs to it. What a nightmare. I probably made it harder then it actually was because I hate to read directions all the way through and I figure I will able to do it without them. I finally figured out how to download songs with a CD. I put the CD in that I want to put on the I-Pod and the music is transferred my I-Tunes. Then I download songs to my I-Pod. There is an option to purchase music on the I-Tunes site.
I have very unsuccessful in doing this. There are passwords to remember and when I put my credit card information it tells me that the card number does not match. It makes no sense to me at all. I also can’t figure out how to download songs that I already have in my computer.
I looked online for a site where I could download songs for free. Well there is an abundance of websites that offer “free” downloads. Well guess what? They are not free. They get you to check out their sites by offering free downloads to your computer or I-Pod or your MP3 player. Once you get there they tell you it is free if you are a member. I checked out two of these sites that offered free downloading and you were required too become a member first then you cold sample the music. I think not, I like to see what I am purchasing first before I pay anything. They offered a lifetime of unlimited music, their best offer for 34.95; a two year unlimited downloads for .99 cents a month or a one year contract for $1.49 a month. Without knowing what type of music they offered I thought I had better not song up, even though they did get 5 stars. I check out walmart.com and you can pay as you go. 88 cents a song or the whole album for less then ten dollars.
You were able to listen to the music then download songs as you went along. This I really liked because I could get as many or as little music as I wanted and pay one time. It was very easy to download songs to my computer and then to my I-Pod. I would definitely recommend this site to download songs.
