Use either white or papers of color. First, do the normal fold down the middle of the sheet and then reopen the sheet flat. It should now have a crease down the middle. Fold in the top left hand corner of the sheet to the center line and repeat the same fold with the top right hand corner. Fold the two sides equally to the center line along the dotted lines. Fold up your middle fold to meet the top of your sheet which is now shaped like a triangle. This should only involve you folding up a flap of the sheet. Simply fold out the undercarriage. To throw it, hold the pocket that was just mentioned and angle the nose of the plane down slightly downward. Throw it gently and watch it go!
